Choralplayer can be used without an ads-stop code, provided that anything that blocks the displaying of advertisements is disabled on your device (computer, tablet or smartphone).

The displaying of ads may be blocked by an ad-blocker software and/or by an antivirus installed on the device. Sometimes users are unaware that an ad-block software is installed, or that their antivirus also incorporates an ad-blocked function, so they cannot use Choralplayer without an ads-stop code, and they don’t understand why.

If you have an ad-blocker installed, an icon is usually displayed by the browser, which allows to disable the ad-blocker on the page visited or on all pages of the website visited. As an example, this is an ad-blocker icon displayed on Google Chrome:

This is a similar icon displayed on Mozilla Firefox:

If you click on that icon, a menu opens with some alternatives, such as “disable on this page” and “disable on this website”. Please select “disable on this website” so that you will not need to repeat the same operation again on the Choralplayer website.

If the above procedure is not sufficient, you probably have an antivirus installed, which acts as an ad-blocker, too. The procedure is similar, i.e., you have to disable the ad-blocker function of the antivirus, however this depends on the antivirus that you use. Please look for the keyword “exception” or “exclusion” in the documentation of your antivirus. As an example, the procedure applicable to Avast is described here.
